My scores look low or “provisional” — why?
Scores need your Apple Watch worn overnight. With little data they’re estimates and become more stable and personal as valid nights add up.
How do I get the most accurate results?
Wear your Apple Watch to bed, keep Sleep tracking on, and log context (e.g. alcohol) when prompted in the evening — it makes the next day’s scores more accurate.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple: iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Daiqora. You can cancel anytime; you won’t be charged during the free trial.
How do I delete my data?
In the app: Profile → Your data → Delete all data (permanent, on-device). To revoke Health access: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Daiqora.
Is Daiqora a medical app?
No. Daiqora is a wellness app — it doesn’t diagnose or treat anything and isn’t a substitute for professional medical advice.
