Daiqora (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a wellness app that estimates your daily Energy, State, Tension, Sleep, Recovery and Strain from data in Apple Health. This policy explains what we access, where it goes, and your choices.

Summary

• Your health data stays on your device by default. Daiqora reads it from Apple Health to compute your scores locally. It is not sold and not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.
• No account is required to use the app.
• You can permanently delete all your data at any time from Profile.
• The only case where information leaves your device is the optional Pro “AI insights” feature — and only derived summary numbers, never raw Apple Health.

Data we access

With your explicit Apple Health permission (granted per data type), Daiqora reads: Sleep analysis, Heart Rate Variability (HRV), Resting & ambient Heart Rate, Respiratory Rate, Wrist Temperature, Blood Oxygen, Heart Rate Recovery, Active Energy, Steps and Workouts.

Optionally, and only if available in your Health profile, Daiqora also reads Menstrual cycle (for non-male profiles, to avoid misreading normal cycle changes as poor recovery), Date of Birth and Biological Sex (to personalise heart-rate zones and reference ranges).

This is used only to calculate your scores and the explanations shown in the app. Raw Apple Health samples are processed on your device and are not transmitted off the device. We do not collect your name, email, contacts, precise location, or advertising identifiers, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

AI insights (Pro, optional)

If you subscribe to Daiqora Pro and enable AI insights, the app sends a small, derived facts summary (e.g. your numeric scores and their main drivers, such as “sleep charge +28”) to our own server (api.daiqora.app, operated by Tenzivo S.L.), which forwards it to our AI provider Anthropic (Claude) to generate a short, plain-language explanation returned to your device.

• We send only derived numbers — never raw Apple Health samples, your name, or contact details.
• To confirm an active subscription, the app also sends the Apple-signed subscription receipt (it identifies the product, not your health data).
• This data is processed only to generate your insight. It is not used for advertising and is not used to train AI models.
• If you don’t subscribe or keep AI insights off, nothing leaves your device.

Sub-processor: Anthropic, PBC (AI text generation).

Subscriptions & payments

Daiqora Pro is sold as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple. Payments, billing and renewals are handled by Apple under your Apple Account — we never receive or store your payment card details. We receive only Apple’s subscription status.

Cloud sync & aggregate analytics (not active)

Cloud sync and any server-side aggregate features are not active in the current version. Optional product analytics (app-usage counts only, never health data) are sent only if you turn that toggle on; it is off by default.

Storage & security

Data is stored on your device and protected by iOS Data Protection (encrypted at rest). A small, non-identifying snapshot (your current scores) is shared with the Daiqora Apple Watch app and widgets via a private App Group on your own devices. Network requests use HTTPS.

Legal basis (EEA/UK – GDPR)

• Reading Apple Health and computing scores on-device: your consent (Apple Health permission), which you can revoke anytime.
• AI insights: your consent (subscribing + enabling the feature) and performance of the Pro service.
• We retain AI-insight inputs only as long as needed to return the result.

Your rights & controls

• Delete: Profile → Your data → Delete all data (permanent, on-device).
• Revoke Health access: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Daiqora.
• GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability): contact [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).

Children

Daiqora is not directed to children under 14 (the age of digital consent in Spain).
